I am moving to London asap as I have a grad role starting 1st October. It’s with a beer company so the fridge will always be stocked!! I am looking for a room ideally in SW London but am pretty flexible on location. I’m either needing a sublet for October and November, or a more long term set up. I’ve lived in house shares for 4 years now and like to think I’m a tidy, easy roommate! I’m super social and love a pub trip or a run club.

I work office hours in the city and I'm usually home by seven, so evenings are when I actually live in the flat. Cooking properly at the end of the day is my way of switching off, and I'm happy to share what I make. Weekends are yoga, a long read, or nothing at all. No smoking, no pets, and I like a kitchen that gets tidied the same evening rather than the next morning. After somewhere settled for a year or more.

Hi, I'm Lucy, 24, and I work in marketing near London Bridge. I'm looking for a house share with people who say hello in the kitchen, not just pass through. I run a few mornings a week, cook most evenings and I'm happy to share the chores properly. Clapham, Balham or Tooting would be ideal, and I'd like to stay at least a year.
