Our vision
A world where finding a place takes an evening, not a month of searching, in every city we reach.
About Dwelles
Every place to rent, in one place
Rooms, studios and flats across London, from flatmates and private landlords and never agencies. New ones go up every day. We are starting with London and adding new cities as each one fills up.
Our mission
Make finding a place to rent a search, not a second job.
Our values
Freshness, honesty and directness. A place that is already gone wastes your evening, so we take listings down after 3 weeks.
Our approach
New rooms go up every day with agencies and scams kept out, and we alert you the moment something matches. You talk to the landlord yourself.
Why Dwelles?
Built specifically for flatmate searching, not adapted from a generic rentals platform.
New rooms within minutes
Members get an alert within minutes of a new room going live and can contact it straight away. Everyone else can contact it after 48 hours at most, never a whole week.
No letting agents
We filter out agent ads, so you deal with flatmates and private landlords directly.
Scam checks
Every room is checked for common scam signs before it goes live.
Lifestyle matching
Filter by schedule, cleanliness, pets, smoking and more. Find someone you will actually enjoy living with.
Verified profiles
Optional ID verification for every user, so you know who you are talking to before you meet.
Live room prices
See what a room typically costs in each London area, updated daily from rooms on Dwelles.
What we stand for
Six principles that guide every decision we make.
Honest listings
No hidden fees, no misleading photos. Every room is listed as it is.
Safety first
Encrypted data, secure payments and verified identities protect every user.
Verified users
ID checks keep scammers and bad actors off the platform before they reach you.
Simple by design
Post a room or find a flatmate in minutes. No lengthy forms, no confusing steps.
Compatibility over price
The best flatmate match is about lifestyle fit, not just who can afford the rent.
Human support
Real people ready to help whenever something feels off.
