3. Listing Requirements
All property listings must describe a real, available property at the stated price. Photos must accurately represent the actual property. You must have the legal authority to list the property, either as the owner or as an authorised agent with permission from the owner.
4. Profile Requirements
Your profile must represent you accurately. Profile photos must show your actual appearance. You must not impersonate another person or create a false identity. All contact information must be genuine and reachable.
5. Prohibited Content and Behaviour
You must not post content that is false, misleading, or deceptive. You must not list properties you do not own or have no authority to let. You must not request payments outside the Dwelles platform. You must not use Dwelles to collect personal or financial information for fraudulent purposes. You must not post content that is discriminatory, abusive, or in violation of applicable law.
6. Communication Standards
All messages sent through Dwelles must relate to genuine accommodation inquiries. You must not send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or harassing communications. You must not attempt to move conversations off-platform in order to avoid Dwelles safeguards.
7. Intellectual Property
You must not post content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights, including photos, text, or branding you do not own or have the right to use. By posting content on Dwelles, you grant us a licence to display that content on our platform.
8. Enforcement
Dwelles reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy, suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice, and report illegal activity to the relevant authorities. Enforcement decisions are at our sole discretion.
9. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, please use the report function on the relevant listing or profile, or contact us at [email protected]. All reports are treated as confidential.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of Dwelles after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
