What does Membership give me?
New listings are open to members only for their first 48 hours, and your saved searches email you within five minutes instead of once an hour.
How do I contact the person renting a room?
Press Contact the landlord on the listing and you talk to the person renting the room directly. Rent and deposits are always agreed with them and never pass through Dwelles.
How does billing work?
Choose 1 week for £7.99 or 4 weeks for £15.99, or €9.99 and €19.99 when paying in euros. Your plan renews automatically at the same price and for the same length until you cancel, and the price includes VAT.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account settings. You keep instant alerts until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
Can I get a refund?
Email us within 14 days if Membership did not work for you and we will refund the payment.
