Large bright double room available from 1 October 2026 in a spacious upper-floor flat in Streatham Hill. The room is part furnished with a double bed and built-in mirrored wardrobe, with wooden flooring and plenty of natural light. A desk is also available to purchase from the departing flatmate.

You’ll be living with three female housemates aged 28, 29 and 30, working in healthcare, civil service and languages. The household is sociable but everyone has their own busy schedules. A female housemate in her late 20s to early 30s is preferred, although a male applicant may be considered. No students due to referencing requirements.

The flat has a large living room, small kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate toilet, and a small lift. It is in a gated community with access to two communal gardens. Street parking may be available with a Lambeth permit.

Streatham Hill station is a 6-minute walk away, with Tesco Express, M&S Food, Lidl, cafés, pubs and other amenities nearby.
