Full Stack Developer

What You'll Do

• Develop and innovate: build and maintain product features across a NestJS backend and a Next.js frontend.
• Collaborate: work closely with product and design to ship new features and refine existing ones.
• Code quality: write clean, typed, and scalable code, and take part in code reviews that lift the whole team.
• Learn and grow: stay current with the ecosystem and bring the best tools and practices into the codebase.

About You

• TypeScript proficiency: confident with modern TypeScript across both backend and frontend. 💡
• Backend experience: hands on with Node.js and NestJS, building REST and GraphQL APIs. 🔧
• Databases and ORMs: comfortable with PostgreSQL and an ORM such as Prisma or TypeORM. 🗄️
• Frontend experience: solid React skills and familiarity with Next.js, hooks, and modern CSS. ⚛️
• API design: understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs and how to design them well. 🌐
• State and data: exposure to state and data fetching libraries such as Zustand and TanStack Query. 🔁
• Async and infrastructure: understanding of queues, caching, and background jobs, for example BullMQ and Redis. ⚙️

Extra Points For

• Cloud and storage: experience with AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or similar providers. ☁️
• Realtime: experience with WebSockets or Socket.IO for chat and live updates. 💬
• Payments: experience integrating Stripe or a similar payment provider. 💳
• AI: experience working with the OpenAI API or other LLM tooling. 🤖
• Open source contributions: active on GitHub? We would love to see your work. 💻
