Dwelles is operated by Vasyl Miskiv, a sole trader registered in Ukraine.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Dwelles, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Dwelles per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on Dwelles are provided on an 'as is' basis. Dwelles makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Dwelles or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Dwelles, even if Dwelles or a Dwelles authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Dwelles could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Dwelles does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Dwelles may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
6. Links
Dwelles has not reviewed all of the sites linked to our website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Dwelles of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
7. Modifications
Dwelles may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. User Accounts and Property Owner Requirements
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. Property owners must be of legal age according to the legislation of their state and must have the right to own real estate or have authorization to act on behalf of the property owner. These requirements do not apply to tenants.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
11. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dwelles. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to immediately terminate their account and remove all associated content. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring the online activities of minors in their care.
12. Membership, Billing and Renewal
Dwelles Membership costs £7.99 per week and the price includes VAT. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase and appears on your bank statement. The subscription renews automatically every 7 days at the same price until you cancel, and each renewal is charged to the payment method you used at checkout. If a renewal payment fails, instant alerts pause until the payment goes through.
13. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel Membership at any time from your account settings or from the billing portal linked there. Cancellation stops all future charges and you keep instant alerts until the end of the week you have already paid for. If Membership did not work for you, email support@dwelles.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full to the original payment method within 5 business days.
