One of our flatmates has moved out of our lovely home, so we’re looking for a friendly, tidy, and considerate female flatmate to join us! You’d be living with: • Myself (25)- working in renewable energy • Anulika (23)- MSc student at Imperial • Sara (24)- works in law We’re all young professionals/students with our own routines, and we enjoy having friends over for wine and movie nights, dinners, and the occasional celebration/get-together at home. The location is fantastic, with access to Picadilly/District line at Earl’s Court station as well as the Circle line at Gloucester Road. In order to pass referencing, the tenant must earn 2.5x their share of rent (£38,700 per year before tax), or have a UK guarantor/ utilise a UK guarantor service.
