Hiya!
I'm looking for someone asap to fill my room in our lovely 4 bed girls flat in Haggerston as I'm moving abroad, ideal for someone in their 20s! 5 mins walk from Haggerston overground and 15 mins walk from Old Street! 5TH JUNE MOVE IN!
Room has a double bed, double wardrobe and is fully furnished with direct access to the balcony! The area is so lively and safe, and the room gets all the sunshine in!
The room is so affordable at £800pm, and move in is 5th June!
The flat's not got a living room, but that's not been a problem for us! You would be taking over my tenancy which runs till 4th september this year, so perfect if you're looking for something on a shorter basis to try out, and if you want to stay on, there is opportunity to renew the lease. Our landlord is great and everything gets fixed so speedily!
The flat is right next to Shoreditch Park and Britannia Leisure Centre which has a pool, gym and social area! It's so close to the canal, Victoria Park is a run/walk away, as is London fields! Columbia Flower Market is 15 mins walk away which is a perfect for a sunday, and Shoreditch High st is 10 mins away!
