We’re Jess (25) & Hannah (26) and we’ve got a gorgeous room in our 3 bed Stockwell flat available from end of June for a long term let ( 1 year ideal !) ✨ About the flat ✨ - 3 bedrooms - 1 bathroom ( with a separate toilet ) - open plan kitchen / lounge space - 19th floor with insane views of london 😍 (4th picture is view from your room) - lots of natural light ⭐️ Location ⭐️ - Less than 10 minutes walk from both Stockwell ( Victoria & Northern via Bank) & Nine Elms station ( Northern via Charing Cross ) - 15 minutes walk to Vauxhall bus & train station - lots of great bus connections nearby too !! - 10 minutes walk to a big Sainsbury’s & Lidl also ⭐️ Details ⭐️ - Rent: £950 per month (not including bills) - Bills: around £80 per month ( all set amount except electricity) - Deposit: £1000 🎀About Us 🎀 Hannah : Australian Primary School teacher by day professional shopaholic by night. Love fashion, makeup, Harry Styles and Justin Bieber. Jess : Sheffield girl who works for Uniqlo while finishing her part time masters in Classics (although very much not a student !). She loves cooking, gym, anything creative and a good sesh (whether a lowkey night in or messy club night). We’re both super clean & have our own social circles but equally have become good friends while living together !
