### Double Room Sublet — Oval | 25 Sept–25/26 Oct Double room available in Oval for around one month, from 25th September until ideally 25th/26th October. **Bills included.** The flat has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate toilet. It’s a quiet, relaxed home, and there’s a good chance the flat may be mostly empty during the sublet, as the other tenants travel and work remotely. The room itself would be completely yours. I’m looking for someone **clean, respectful and responsible** who will take good care of the flat.
