The house has a spacious living room, large kitchen, garden and plenty of storage.

You would be living with three professional female housemates in a peaceful and tidy home. They are looking for a friendly, considerate and clean female professional aged 27–32 who wants to socialise through house drinks, dinners and movie nights while respecting everyone's space.

The house is an 8-minute walk from Tooting Broadway Underground and 10 minutes from Tooting railway station, with multiple bus routes nearby. Supermarkets, shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and Tooting Market are within walking distance.

Rent is £717.50 pcm plus £70–£100 bills. Deposit is £692 plus a £50 agency name-change fee. No students.
