Description

We are looking for a new housemate in our flat on Robinson Road. Our current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so we’ve got a big and bright double bedroom in our lovely three bed flat that will be free from the 1st October. Rent: £770 per month plus bills which are approx £120 a month per person and include water, council, gas, electricity, wifi etc. Room: Large double room with built in wardrobe and lots of storage space. We live on the top floor of a house conversion and have been here for just over a year. We’re really well connected med for travel and the flat is about 10 minutes walk from Colliers Wood and 15 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway. Flatmates: Paige (28, works in media) and Jo (31, works in healthcare). We have been living together for over two years and love having a home that feels sociable and easy going. We both like being out and about and spending time with friends, keeping active and having the occasional chilled night at home and sharing a house meal. We’d like to find someone where we can all get on well as well as someone clean and tidy who also wants a a home that feels like a positive place to be. We’ll be arranging viewings over the next few weeks so please drop us a message if you’d like to pop by ☺️

Frequently Asked Questions

Use the message button on the listing to introduce yourself to the room lister. Free users can send a limited number of messages per month. With Membership you can message any listing without limits and respond to new rooms first thanks to Early Bird access. A good first message says who you are, when you want to move in, how long you plan to stay, and one or two things about your lifestyle that match the listing.
Look for the Verified badge on the profile, it means the room lister has completed identity verification. Read the full listing, check the lifestyle preferences on each existing flatmate's profile, and review the photos of the room and shared spaces. Always arrange a viewing in person or by video call before sending any money, and never pay a deposit or holding fee before you have signed a tenancy agreement.
Yes, we strongly recommend it. Ask the room lister for a viewing in person, or for a live video tour if you are out of town. Use the viewing to meet the existing flatmates and ask about bills, house rules, and the rest of the household. A genuine room lister will always offer some form of viewing.
The listing shows the monthly rent and whether bills are included. Where bills are included, this usually covers utilities and internet. Confirm with the room lister exactly what is and is not included, and whether there is a deposit, a holding fee, or any agency fees on top.
You and the room lister agree on a move-in date and sign a tenancy agreement directly, the same way you would on any other room-share platform. Dwelles is a marketplace that connects you. The contract, deposit protection, and reference checks remain between you and the room lister. If anything looks suspicious, report the listing and stop communicating.
