Bright double room in Dalston with plenty of natural light and the largest bedroom in the flat. Rent is £1,200 per month, with bills costing around £90. Move-in is from 1 December, although an earlier start a few days before may be possible.

The room is in a four-bedroom, two-bathroom flat and shares one bathroom with one other woman. The three other residents are female master’s students aged 22 to 25. They enjoy socialising in the shared areas while respecting each other’s personal space. Students are not required, but council tax will apply. A UK guarantor or a working professional earning 2.5 times the rent is required.
