Bright double room available in a recently moved-into flat. The room is still being finished, but there is ample storage because the current tenant will pack away their belongings. Bedding, sheets and towels can be provided if needed. Rent is £1,200 for the month including bills.

The flat has an airy open-plan kitchen and living room with a large balcony. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, plus cooking equipment. You would live with Cat, aged 28 and from Australia, and Elliot, aged 32 and English. The household often hosts dinners, and you would be welcome to host too.

The property is a six-minute walk from Haggerston Overground and one street back from the canal. Pubs including The Fox, Ellie's and The Haggerston are nearby, while Broadway Market and London Fields are around a 15-minute walk away. Dalston is also around the corner.
