The owner is relocating for work and will keep the studio/guest room for occasional weekends. A female lodger is sought to look after the flat while she is away, with a lodger agreement arranged.

Petrie House is around 18 minutes from Woolwich Station and 15 minutes from Woolwich Arsenal on foot. Buses run directly outside the building, with connections towards Greenwich, Crystal Palace and other parts of South London.
