Bright, cosy double room available for a two-month sublet from 15 September 2026, with the possibility of extending to three months. The bedroom is fully furnished and has its own private bathroom. Rent is £1,450 per month with bills included.

The house is arranged over two floors, with the room on the top floor. You would share with two respectful, outgoing friends in their late twenties who enjoy staying active, cooking together, watching films and occasionally going out for a drink. A social and tidy tenant is preferred.

Clapham Common is right nearby, with shops and cafés within a 5–10-minute walk. Northcote Road is around 10 minutes away, and Clapham Junction Station can be reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes.
