Description

A bright, spacious south-facing double room is available from 8 November in a large house. The room offers plenty of space and is offered at £830 per month with bills included. A monthly cleaner is scheduled, costing £20 per person.

You would share with Duncan, Ella, Sean and Zoe, aged 26 to 30. The household is sociable and enjoys pub quizzes, drinks and movie nights, while everyone also has their own routines. There is one shared main bathroom, a downstairs WC and utility room, storage and drying space, and a small basement. Working from home is suitable.

Streatham Hill high street is nearby, with Streatham Hill Station around a 10-minute walk away and bus stops close to the house. Balham Tube Station is about a 10-minute Lime or Forest ride away, and Tooting Common is nearby.
