Description

A spacious, bright south-facing double room is available from 8 November. The bed frame and mattress can be bought for £150, and the clothing rail and most shelves will also be left, excluding the mirror.

The room is in a large shared house with Duncan, Ella, Sean and Zoe, aged 25 to 30. The household is friendly and sociable, with pub quizzes, drinks and movie nights, while everyone also has their own routine. There is plenty of space for working from home, a shared main bathroom, downstairs WC and utility room, storage and a basement. A cleaner visits monthly at £20 per person.

The high street and Tooting Common are nearby. Streatham Hill Station is around a 10-minute walk away, with several bus stops close to the house. Balham Tube can be reached by Lime or Forest in about 10 minutes.
