Description

Furnished double en-suite room available from 13 September 2026 in a four-bedroom house in a private mews in Lavender Hill, Battersea. The room includes a bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The house has an open-plan kitchen/lounge, conservatory, garden and a parking space.

Clapham Junction and Clapham Common stations are around a 10–15 minute walk away, with both Clapham Common and Battersea Park also nearby. You’ll be living with three professional women in their late twenties/early thirties. The household is sociable but independent, with interests including restaurants, bars, brunch, running, holidays and cinema trips.

Females only, aged 28+, preferably a working professional who works at least three days in the office. No couples or pets are stated.
