Description

A furnished double room for a couple is available from 5 December in West Kensington. It has its own private bathroom downstairs, two cupboards and a chest of drawers. A bed and bedside tables would need to be provided. Rent is £1,875 per couple each month, with bills of £220 per couple.

The modern multistorey flat is fully furnished and equipped by Hannah and Ethan. It has a fully equipped kitchen, communal TV, BBQ, balcony and rooftop space with an outdoor fire, seating and a table. The couple would join Hannah and Ethan, with a preferred minimum stay of 12 months, although this is flexible.

The flat is in West Kensington, close to District and Piccadilly line stations. Convenience stores, restaurants, pubs and other local amenities are nearby. In-person and virtual viewings are available.
