Double bedroom available from 5 September in a four-person house share in Kentish Town. The room shares a bathroom with one other flatmate, while the other two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The flat also has a beautiful garden and a large open-plan living/kitchen area with plenty of natural light.

Kentish Town station is around a 5-minute walk away, with Northern Line and Overground services. Kentish Town West is around 15 minutes away, and Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill are nearby.

You’ll be living with three working professionals in their late 20s working in architecture, tech and finance, with a mix of office and WFH arrangements. The household is looking for someone of a similar age who is sociable but values a clean, quiet and peaceful home.

Rent is £1,000 pcm plus approximately £110 bills. Deposit is £1,238. Non-smokers only and no pets.
