Large, bright double room available from late September in a two bedroom flat between East Dulwich and Peckham. The room is unfurnished, with some furniture available to buy. The flat has a huge living room, modern fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a large garden. Rent is £1,087 per month excluding bills, with bills around £100.

You would share the flat with Martyna, a full time yoga teacher who enjoys wellness, running and socialising while also valuing a peaceful and respectful home. The tenancy is a joint lease between the two tenants.

A bus stop is directly outside, while Peckham Rye Station is around 15 minutes away on foot with Overground connections. Peckham Rye Park, Lordship Lane and Peckham are also within easy reach.
