A double room is becoming available in a spacious four-bedroom house from 1 November. The home is arranged over three floors and has a living room, separate kitchen and a very large garden suitable for summer barbecues and spending time with friends. Rent is £993 per month plus bills.

You would share with three working professionals aged 27–29: one woman and two men. They have lived in the house for around two to three years and enjoy socialising, pub quizzes, festivals, nights out and dinner parties.
