The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen/living room, dishwasher, washer dryer, garden, two toilets and one shared bathroom with bath/shower. The room is on the first floor and comes furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. You would live with three girls aged 25–26 in a friendly and sociable household. Southfields is on the District Line, with cafés, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets nearby. Earlsfield is around 11 minutes by bike and Putney around 17 minutes by bus. £900 pcm plus bills, with council tax included in the rent.
