Description

A double room will be available from late September or early October for a female professional looking for a long-term let. The room comes with a bed and three-drawer chest, with additional storage on shelves, under the bed and in a hallway cupboard. Rent is £650 per month including council tax, WiFi, water, gas and electricity.

The three-bedroom house is shared with two female full-time professionals. It has a large kitchen and dining area, spacious lounge and two bathrooms, with the smaller bathroom available solely to the new tenant. Four indoor cats also live in the house. The household is looking for someone social, tidy and respectful who prefers a calm home.

The property is around a ten-minute walk from Uxbridge Station, served by the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines. West Drayton Station on the Elizabeth line is around ten minutes away by bus. Paid resident parking permits may be available nearby.
