Description

A furnished double room is available from 11 November, with some flexibility for an earlier move-in. The rent is £1,075 per month, with bills of approximately £137 per person and a security deposit of £1,230.67. The successful applicant must pass referencing with Dexter’s.

You would share the flat with Mia, a machine-learning engineer from Japan, and a health economist from the US. Both work in London, enjoy an active lifestyle and travelling, and are looking for a considerate, clean flatmate aged 22–29. Partners and visiting friends or family are welcome with advance notice.

The flat is beside Vauxhall Park, around three minutes from Vauxhall station and within walking distance of Nine Elms and Oval stations, both on the Northern line. A large Sainsbury’s is also nearby. Masters and PhD students should be able to pay their one-third share of council tax.
