The room has a large sash window and space for a double bed; a mattress is available but the tenant would need to provide a bed and dresser. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower floor, with a large modern open-plan kitchen and living area upstairs. Bathroom is shared with one other female flatmate. Sharing with two 27-year-old female professionals. Rent is £1,000 pcm plus £100–£120 bills. Female tenant aged 26–29 preferred.
