The house has a large kitchen and dining area, separate living room, low-maintenance garden with outdoor seating and a frog pond, three toilets, and a large garage for bike and gear storage. Sainsbury's Local, gym and takeaways are a 5-minute walk away, with a bus stop around 10 seconds from the house. Elephant & Castle is around 10 minutes by bike, 30 minutes on foot or 20 minutes by bus.
