A big, bright double room is available for a short sublet from 20 October to 7 November. The room includes a wardrobe, desk, drawers and TV, with a bathroom on the same floor shared with two other people.

The three-storey house has bathrooms on every floor, a very large living and kitchen area, and outdoor space with a barbecue and pizza oven. You would share with five sociable housemates aged 25 to 30, who work across data, advertising, PR, sales and education.

Tooting Bec Station is around eight minutes away, while Tooting Broadway Station is about 15 minutes away. Tooting Common is five minutes from the house and a local pub is two minutes away.
