Description

A partly furnished double bedroom on the semi-basement level, with large sliding doors opening directly onto the garden. The wardrobe and chest of drawers will remain, but the current tenant is taking the bed. The room is available from 20 October 2026, with an earlier start potentially possible, on a rolling contract with two months’ notice.

You would share the bathroom with two other people. The household consists of Mal, Ell and Angana, three friendly people in their late twenties to mid-thirties who enjoy a social but respectful home and keep the flat clean and cosy. Students may apply, subject to the stated requirements.

The flat is in N16. Monthly rent is £885, with seasonal bills of approximately £75–100 covering Wi-Fi, water, sewage, council tax, gas and electricity. The home is LGBTQIA+ friendly, but couples and pets are not accepted. Long-term tenants are preferred.
