A double room with its own bathroom is available in a spacious three-bedroom house from 1 October 2026, with some flexibility on the move-in date. Rent is £1,250 per month, with bills estimated at approximately £100 monthly.

The house has two bathrooms, a shared living room and a private garden. You would live with Tina and Becky, aged 27 and 28, who both work in the City. They are looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful female housemate.
