A double room with a private bathroom is available from 3 or 4 October in a large ground-floor three-bedroom flat overlooking Streatham Common. The room has good wardrobe space, while the flat offers high ceilings, plenty of natural light and a large open-plan living and kitchen area. Rent is £960 per month plus approximately £100–£120 in bills, with a rolling contract.

You would live with Aidan, 26, a fashion stylist, and Greta, 31, a production accountant in advertising.
