Description

Two double rooms are available from December, each priced at £1,100 per month plus bills. The second-floor room has a double bed and wardrobe. The third-floor room includes a double bed, bedside table, set of drawers and hanging rack.

The spacious house has a shared bathroom, an additional downstairs toilet in the utility room, and a washing machine. There is also an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a small paved rear garden. Josh and Mon, a professional couple, live in the house and work from home intermittently.

Queenstown Road Station is around 10 minutes away, with Clapham Junction, local supermarkets, Battersea Power Station, Battersea Park and Clapham Common also nearby. A bus stop is directly outside. Working professionals over 25 are preferred; couples are not accepted.
