Description

A fully furnished double bedroom is available in a four-bedroom house. The room has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and storage, with a shared bathroom used by one other person. The house also has a large open-plan kitchen, living room and garden.

You would live with Luther, Zoë and Evie, who enjoy spending time together, watching television and going to the pub while maintaining their own social lives. They are looking for a clean, tidy and sociable housemate aged 25 or over, preferably someone who works mainly from the office.

The house is a five-minute walk from Clapham Junction Station and a few minutes from Northcote Road, with several supermarkets nearby. Move-in is fixed for 1 November 2026. Monthly bills are approximately £70–£100 and include Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, water and council tax.
