The room has a double bed, wardrobe and plenty of natural light, with a window overlooking the garden. The flat has a large kitchen, separate living room, shared bathroom and small garden.

The property is around a 5-minute walk from East Finchley station on the Northern line, with easy access to central London. Cherry Wood is also around 5 minutes away, with Hampstead Heath, Highgate Wood, Muswell Hill and Alexandra Palace within walking distance.

You’ll be sharing with two female working professionals and creatives aged 30 and 26. The household is described as cosy, tidy and welcoming rather than a party flat. No couples or pets. Proof of employment/income and landlord checks are required.
