Description

A furnished double room is available in a modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. It has a double bed, drawers, bedside table and a large built-in wardrobe. The room costs £1,250 per month, with bills of approximately £150 including council tax. The bathroom is shared with one other person, while the third bedroom has an ensuite.

You would live with two women in their mid-to-late twenties who both work from home around two days a week. The building includes a coffee shop, co-working spaces, a free gym with two weekly classes and 24-hour concierge service. The household is looking for someone sociable who would enjoy spending time together.

The apartment is in Greenwich, around a nine-minute walk from Greenwich Station and six minutes from Cutty Sark. Move-in is expected from mid to late October, subject to references being approved. Couples and students are not accepted.
