The room measures 420cm by 275cm and includes a double bed with under-bed storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Bed linen, duvet, pillows, towels and a lamp are also available. It is bright and overlooks the quieter side of the house.

The home has an open-plan living room and well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a garden overlooking trees. You would live with an easygoing creative couple in their early 50s and their quiet, gentle three-year-old dog. A cleaner visits every two weeks, and the household is LGBTQi+ friendly.

Located in Hackney Wick, the house is an 11-minute walk from Hackney Wick Station, one stop from Stratford and around 30 minutes from Oxford Street. Victoria Park is nearby. Rent is £1,000 per month including bills, with a one-month deposit and a three-month minimum stay.
