The house has 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, a spacious open-plan living and dining area, and a small garden. Rent is £1,150 pcm plus approximately £150 bills. Around 10 minutes' walk from Elephant & Castle and Lambeth North stations and 7 minutes from Sainsbury's. Sharing with two 23-year-old professional women. Looking for a working female aged 22–28 who is tidy, sociable and easy-going. A cat is currently also living in the house.
