Furnished double room available for a short-term sublet in Balham from 31st August to 10th October, with some flexibility on dates. The room has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe providing plenty of storage. The house has a garden with outdoor seating and a small BBQ. Balham Station is an 8-minute walk away and Clapham South is 10 minutes away. You’ll share with two friendly women aged 29–30. Female tenants aged 25+ preferred.
