The room has its own private bathroom with a bath and shower, plus access to a furnished outdoor patio. All bills are included in the monthly rent.

The flat has large kitchen and living areas and will be shared with one other flatmate, a 26-year-old woman who works and studies in London. The room is available for the full sublet period, although shorter stays within the dates may be considered.
