A furnished room is available in a cosy shared house in E16. The bathroom is shared with one other person, and residents also have access to two toilets, a shared kitchen, living and dining areas, plus a patio or garden. Rent is £600 per month, with bills of approximately £80–£100 including Council Tax. A £720 deposit is required.
