Description

A furnished room is available from 20 October until the end of January, with the possibility of a longer stay for the right person. The rent is £1,300 per month with all bills included. The flat also has a private balcony, and cleaning is provided twice a month.

You would share the home with one friendly woman who works as a graphic designer and studies at CCCU, plus her older female cat. The household is looking for a clean, tidy and respectful female flatmate who enjoys socialising but also values privacy and downtime.
