The flat is around a 10-minute walk from both Clapham Junction and Battersea Park, with major bus routes one minute away and cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops close by. A small desk can fit in the bedroom, while the living room can also accommodate a work-from-home setup.

You’ll share with two working professional women aged 25 and 26 who work in advertising and finance. The household is relaxed, sociable and independent, with a focus on keeping shared spaces clean and respectful. Rent is £1,000 pcm, with around £30 for WiFi and shared household costs; other bills are included. Deposit is £1,154.
