Description

A furnished room is available in a shared central London flat. The room has views towards St Paul’s, and a wardrobe and desk can be added at no extra cost. The flat has a balcony with views of The Shard and a washer/dryer combination. The bathroom with bathtub is shared with Emily.

You would live with Sevan, 25, who works in sales, and Emily, 26, who works in graphic design. Both flatmates are American, have lived in London for several years, and are looking for a clean, sociable and considerate person to join the household.

The flat is a five-minute walk from Borough Station, ten minutes from London Bridge and eleven minutes from Elephant and Castle Station. Waterloo Station is around an 18-minute walk away. Rent is £1,190 per month, with bills of approximately £120–£200 per person on top, including council tax, Wi-Fi, heating and electricity. Available from 1 December 2026.
