You would share with Rowan, a professional costume maker, cabaret performer and singer who enjoys a cosy, sociable home but also respects personal space. There is a record player in the living room, and Rowan’s miniature dachshund Daisy stays for part of most weeks. Pets are welcome.

The flat is in the heart of Notting Hill, just off Portobello Road, close to cafés, restaurants and shops. Ladbroke Grove station is about a six-minute walk away, served by the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. Available from 17 October 2026, with some flexibility. Rent is £1,375 per month plus bills.
