The flat is split over two floors, with the room on the upper level and the main bathroom shared with one other person. The home has a kitchen and living space, garden, two additional ensuite bedrooms and a utility room. The room has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, with additional storage outside the bedroom and throughout the apartment. Amenities include twice-monthly cleaners, Sky TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime and Paramount+, dishwasher, double oven, induction stove, large air fryer, two fridge freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, treadmill and a furnished garden with BBQ. The Northern line is around a 5-minute walk away, with Tooting Common, Tesco, a gym, restaurants, bars and shops all nearby. The household consists of four women aged 23–32. Rent is £1,250 pcm with all bills included. No pets.
