The room is the largest in the house and comes with a double bed, two large wardrobes, chest of drawers and desk. The maisonette has one bathroom, a downstairs WC, spare room and garden. Around 5 minutes' walk from Canonbury Overground, 15 minutes from Highbury & Islington, 25 minutes from Angel and 10 minutes from Dalston. The existing housemates are Nina, 28, a graphic designer, and Georgia, 25, who works in charity communications. They are looking for a friendly housemate who wants a sociable and homely atmosphere while respecting downtime. Employment or a UK guarantor is required for referencing. The property is currently in the process of being sold to a new landlord.
