Large room available from 1 September 2026 in a flat off St John's Hill in Clapham Junction. The property has a large private garden and is on a residential street around 5 minutes from Northcote Road and Clapham Junction station.
You’ll be living with two male professionals aged 25 and 26, both working in finance. They are looking for a friendly and sociable male housemate of a similar age who works at least partly from an office rather than fully remotely.
Rent is £1,270 pcm plus approximately £50 bills. The initial contract is for 6 months, with an option to extend.
