A huge double room is available from 6 November, with plenty of afternoon sunlight and a large wardrobe. The room is otherwise unfurnished, although the existing small sofa will remain and there is an option to buy the king-size bed. A desk could replace the sofa if preferred.

The room is in a spacious five-bedroom house with two bathrooms over four floors. The property has a large living room, dining area, kitchen and garden, and is shared with Max, Harriet, Viola and Harry. The room is offered to one person aged 25–30, with no couples.

The house is on a quiet residential street near Clapham Common, around five minutes from Northcote Road and within a 15-minute walk of Clapham Junction and Clapham South. Local buses, cafés, pubs, shops and supermarkets are nearby. Rent is £1,100 per month plus bills.
